     8Updated both M and C to calculate write_iq checksums on the last sample of every packet. This change makes truncated sample packets detectable so the M code can error out(svn rev 1967)
     9  * NOTE: This update to M was compatability-breaking! You must download the new March 19 bitstreams for it to work. The M_Code_Example scripts are unchanged.
