     7 * Added support for jumbo frames to both M and hardware project (svn rev 1991)
     8  * support for jumbo frames is limited. Check documentation for your PC's NIC to see if it is supported. Additionally, not all switches support jumbo frames. If your hardware is compatible, all you should need to do is increase the MTU on your NIC to less than or equal to 9014 bytes.
