    13 A copy of [wiki:OPBExportTool Xilinx's OPB Export tool] is needed to use the models generated by sysgen2opb. There are two Export Tools in existence. Use the OPB Export Tool for now. The WARP OPB Export Tool contains relocatable memory functionality.
